owners.

button lets you sign up
to the Take No Prisoners
- Ineternet Marketing
Letter. (All software
updates will be
announced in the
newsletter.)
(5) This
button takes you to the
main swap screen, after
it has loaded your
database of
swaps.
(6) This
area is where you enter
the ad that you are
running for the e-zine
you have swapped
with.
(7) This
is where you write the
name of the e-zine you
have swapped with. (The
e-zine name entered is
also used in
(23)
- see picture
below.
(8) This
is where you enter the
name of the e-zine owner
(the person you swapped
with.)
(9) This
is the e-mail address of
the person you swapped
with. (Pressing the
"e-mail" button on the
right, will launch your
e-mail program and allow
you to send an e-mail
message to the e-mail
address you have
listed.
(10) This
is the web site of the
e-zine you are swapping
with. This allows you to
see what type of
audience the e-zine is
reaching, or can be used
to store the web site
location of the
subscribe/unsubsubscribe
page for the e-zine you
are swapping with.
(Pressing "visit" will
take you to the web site
address entered in the
form.)
(11) This
area is for keeping a
reference to the size of
e-zine you are swapping
with.
(12) This
area helps you remember
what tracking code you
are using to see how
well your swap is
working. - Could be a
mail tag
(mailto:track@yoursite.com?subject=swap)
or a web site link
(http://www.yoursite.com/newsletter.html?swap1)
or whatever you
choose.
(13) This
area is where you enter
your ad that is
running in the e-zine
you swapped with.
(14) This
area is for notes or
comments about the
swap.
(15) This
area has two
buttons.

(16) This
is used to set the
priority for a swap.
* General rule of thumb
is that you should
fulfill ad swaps in the
order that you make
them, not making people
wait. Treat swapped ads
the way you want your
swapped ad to be
treated.
** Some people also
use this to mark an ad
as a paid ad, so that a
paid ad has priority
over swapped ads.
(17) This
button saves your work
and exits the
program.
(18) This
button will erase the
swap information on the
current swap
showing.
(19) The
number shown in this
area shows you which
swap you are dealing
with
( #1-60. )
The JUMP button
will allow you to jump
to any of the sixty
swaps quickly and
easily.
The <-- button
will move you back one
swap.
The --> button
will move you forward
one swap.
The VIEW ALL
button will display the
screen shown below,
giving you the list of
all 60 swaps you are
keeping track of.
(20) Here
is where you enter the
amount of swaps you
still owe the e-zine you
have traded with. Then
as you fulfill one of
the swaps you owe, use
the
-
"minus" button to
subtract one, or if
needed use the
+
"plus" button to add
an additional swap you
owe.
